In the summer of 1976, two roommates hitchhike from Portland, Oregon, to a Rainbow Tribe Gathering being held by Cave Mountain in Montana. They would meet amiable and generous individuals during their adventure, experience a frightening and dangerous encounter, and share a life-changing event. The journey would not only test their strength, character, and ingenuity, but only one of them would make it back home.
