Hearts That Burn

James Raintree Hunter, aka Flame, and Corinne Genevieve Michaels, aka Princess, grew up without societal norms in Sinners Motorcycle Club. Best friends at two, boyfriend/girlfriend at thirteen, lovers at fourteen, and engaged to be married at eighteen—it was destiny. That is until mainstream norms infiltrated their lives.

Flame: the Afghanistan War, his best friend’s dying wish, and his father’s murder messed with his mind, causing him to make a life-altering decision resulting in the loss of Princess. For six-and-a-half years, he’s lived as the Sinners’ Sergeant of Arms—ride free, die free, in brotherhood—until he found out the brotherhood had betrayed him. Princess has a secret the Sinners are keeping for her. Now, he’s determined to reveal Princess’s secret and put their lives back on track as destiny intended.

Princess: devastated by the loss of Flame, she devoted herself to her career—a prominent lawyer in Helena, Montana. She is determined to use the law to make Landen Logging Company pay for the deaths of Native Americans. Landen Logging Company has its own secrets Princess has uncovered. It’s a deadly game of cat and mouse. A one-night stand with Flame changed her life forever. Game over—she needs to protect the people she loves to her own detriment.
